About the position

The Senior Global Marketing Director at SharkNinja is responsible for leading the marketing function to achieve high sales rates across all products. This role involves developing and executing global go-to-market strategies, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments and a strong understanding of consumer demand to drive brand success in both established and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define the global portfolio strategy and ensure product definition aligns with retailer timelines and market share targets.
  • Act as the category expert by analyzing price, positioning, and competitive landscape to recommend a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand communication strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to validate strategic questions on product positioning and messaging.
  • Communicate product value propositions to the sales team and support category management in delivering compelling sell stories.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and recommend improvements for future brand activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in CPG/consumer products.
  • Direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, positioning, and communications execution.
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights for effective marketing programs.
  • Experience in creative and media development and execution.
  • Experience with new product development and commercialization.
  • Experience with global marketing strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
