About the position

The Senior Global Marketing Manager for Oncology and Cytology at BD is responsible for driving market growth and awareness of the Oncology and Cytology portfolios, specifically focusing on BD Onclarity™ and BD Sure Path™. This role involves developing and executing brand strategies, managing global marketing efforts, and collaborating with regional teams to ensure effective marketing tailored to customer needs. The position requires a strong emphasis on customer insights, impactful campaigns, and strategic market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on strategy and product portfolio to deliver transformative category innovations.
  • Lead and own global brand strategy, identifying and prioritizing key regions for growth.
  • Develop, evolve, and own the global bloom brand BD Onclarity™, ensuring compliance to brand attributes.
  • Maintain engaging relationships with regional downstream marketing teams and support them in delivering best-in-class marketing.
  • Lead Global Downstream marketing efforts in developing portfolio campaigns and tactics for Oncology and Cytology platform.
  • Create partnerships with product management to ensure seamless transition of customer research into downstream action.
  • Report against KPIs and ROI of tactical activities to the WW Director and stakeholders.
  • Develop regular regional WW brand and platform updates, including segmentation and messaging.
  • Support strategically relevant WW tradeshow positioning and messaging development.
  • Align global platform plans with regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead go-to-market commercial effectiveness for maximum impact at launch.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of current MDx markets and customer needs.
  • Drive market development activities and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Support strategic projects with Global Public Health and Market Access.
  • Participate in the Global Product Development System process as a core team member.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in a scientific, marketing, or business field; MBA optional.
  • 7+ years of experience in worldwide strategic marketing, global marketing, and product management with a focus on commercialization excellence.
