About the position

The Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing key partnerships, particularly with AWS and its technology partners. This role demands a versatile marketing background, encompassing digital, email, event, and database marketing. The success of the partner marketing initiatives will be measured through various metrics, including marketing qualified leads, partner engagement, relationship growth, and revenue influenced by partners. As this is a new function within Pluralsight, the ideal candidate should be adaptable and enthusiastic about evolving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create regionalized go-to-market strategies and campaign plans for assigned focus partners across key verticals, markets, and segments.
  • Drive efforts to increase awareness of Pluralsight and partner success, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Own peer-to-peer marketing relationships at partner organizations to facilitate alignment and open new marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute consistent joint solution messaging and collateral to drive new business aligned with campaign themes.
  • Plan and execute an events calendar aligned with campaign cycles.
  • Negotiate and execute jointly branded executive roundtables and industry conferences with partners.
  • Host partner events to connect and build relationships between partners and Pluralsight teams.
  • Produce participation in partner-hosted user conferences and events to maintain visibility with partner sellers and clients.
  • Coordinate submissions for annual Partner of the Year awards with the internal partner team.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on opportunity creation and pipeline development; report progress to senior management.
  • Facilitate sales team readiness for partner campaigns and collaborate with BDRs and partner sales reps on lead follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with AWS or other hyperscalers (Google, Microsoft).
  • Deep understanding of various marketing functions necessary for a cohesive partner marketing plan.
  • Strong background in event planning and user-conference strategy.

  • Experience in digital marketing and business development.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations and content marketing.
