The Global Monetization Product & Tech team at TikTok is focused on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. The Senior Global Product Marketing Manager for SMB Ecommerce & Core Ads will play a crucial role in helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) adopt the right advertising solutions to grow their business on TikTok. This position is part of the SMB Growth team, which supports product market fit for SMBs and is responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with sales and marketing. In this role, the manager will act as the "COO" of the SMB e-commerce solutions, leading efforts to determine and improve product market fit for SMB advertisers. This includes driving product and best practices adoption and building product GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, utilizing strong analytical skills and customer insights to prioritize and advocate for product improvements. A strong sense of ownership is essential to proactively identify product issues and drive necessary enhancements. The manager will be the expert on SMB e-commerce customers and their needs, leveraging qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analysis, and proactive industry research. They will also partner with product and SMB Growth teams to identify and address product gaps, improving product fit and SMB advertiser performance on TikTok. Additionally, the role involves building a holistic e-commerce GTM strategy and positioning for SMBs, collaborating with product GTM and marketing teams to translate the strategy into actionable sales playbooks and customer-facing content that connects product features to customer benefits.
