The Global Head of RazerStore Marketing & Community is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing Razer's brand presence across its retail locations worldwide. The individual will be tasked with creating a global marketing strategy that aligns with both regional and global gaming cultures while ensuring the integrity of the Razer brand is maintained. In this role, the Global Head will create and implement global marketing initiatives designed to enhance the Razer brand in stores, featuring engaging events and product demonstrations. The individual will develop strategies that integrate global and regional gaming trends, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Collaboration with marketing, product development, and eSports teams will be essential to design captivating in-store experiences that boost brand visibility. The position requires partnership with senior leaders in marketing, eSports, product, and operations to ensure seamless program execution. The Global Head will serve as the main contact between headquarters and regional retail leaders, ensuring effective rollout and messaging of global initiatives. Additionally, the role involves assisting regional marketing managers in adapting global strategies to fit local market needs, enhancing the retail environment by incorporating cutting-edge gaming technologies and trends. The Global Head will also collaborate with community managers and eSports teams to organize events and tournaments that build a loyal customer base. Cultivating relationships with influencers and gaming communities will be crucial to broaden RazerStore's impact. The individual will implement strategies to convert store visitors into active Razer community members, fostering brand loyalty. Furthermore, the role includes developing and tracking KPIs and community growth metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program success, and overseeing the global marketing budget for retail programs to ensure resource efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. Requirements
