About the position

As a Senior Globalization Technical Program Manager within the Trust and Safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and successful delivery of our research and development project portfolios. This position requires a deep engagement with team operations, managing various technical project portfolios, and collaborating across departments, cultures, and teams to support TikTok's compliance and growth in an increasingly complex international environment. In this role, you will act as a Business Partner (BP) embedded within team operations, assisting the business team in establishing a unified project workflow and promoting its implementation. You will enhance cross-team and cross-role collaboration efficiency and establish measurement and analysis standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your focus will be on continuously optimizing processes based on metrics to improve team delivery efficiency and quality. You will also accumulate and consolidate project management experience, methodologies, and knowledge bases to empower and optimize team collaboration efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage various TikTok technical project portfolios, collaborating across departments, cultures, and teams.
• Assist the business team in establishing a unified project workflow and promote its implementation.
• Enhance cross-team and cross-role collaboration efficiency.
• Establish measurement and analysis SOPs and continuously optimize based on metrics.
• Accumulate and consolidate project management experience, methodologies, and knowledge bases to empower team collaboration efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle project management and metric analysis.
• Experience with internet companies' product research and development teams or related consulting industries.
• Data-oriented with strong indicator system construction and data analysis capabilities.
• Good business understanding, strong sense of responsibility, excellent logical thinking, and courage to face challenges.

• Holders of PMP, Scrum, CISSP, CISA, CIPM, or other professional certifications.
