About the position

Our beverage client is seeking a Senior Designer to join their team, working closely with the CEO to create innovative designs for products and packaging. This role is crucial in developing new concepts and mock-ups for consumer packaged goods (CPG), food products, and packaging solutions. The position requires a commitment of 40-50 hours per week, with some flexibility to work over the weekend, potentially up to 6 hours. This is a hybrid position, requiring the designer to be onsite at the client's office in Preston, WA, 2-3 times a week. The ideal candidate will be proactive and quick in their design approach, able to generate ideas and mock-ups with a fast turnaround time. This role has the potential to extend beyond the end of the year for the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the CEO to brainstorm and produce new innovative designs and mock-ups for CPG, food products, and packaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in the CPG, food, or retail space.
• Experience working with high-level executives and the ability to communicate with a high level of professionalism.
• Quick and proactive in design approach, offering ideas and mock-ups with a fast turnaround.
