About the position

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to join our team, focusing on retail apparel graphics and brand design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a passion for apparel graphics, along with excellent communication skills to effectively pitch ideas to clients. This role involves overseeing the art department, managing design projects, and developing creative direction based on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee art department.
• Manage design projects from beginning to end.
• Create and pitch presentations to clients.
• Develop retail apparel graphic catalogs.
• Develop general company resources such as sales, marketing, branding, and informational graphics.
• Be a team leader and delegate work to other designers when needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in graphic design.
• Fluent in multiple graphics platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3 years of graphic design experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in screen printing and embroidery processes.
