About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key player in a marketing agency, responsible for leading the design process across various media including digital, print, and video. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality designs that align with brand strategies and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various projects, including digital media, print materials, and video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging marketing materials that align with brand strategy.
• Utilize design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Bugherd to produce high-quality designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining strong communication with team members and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in typography, layout, and design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Proficiency in video editing software and web design tools, including WordPress and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong understanding of typography and print design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
