About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer-Proposal, Sales at Jacobs will play a crucial role in supporting Strategic Sales Operations by leading the design and development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. This position requires a proactive team player who can engage with various teams on a national level, ensuring that all graphic solutions are compelling and impactful. The role offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work based on project needs and candidate location.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic graphic design solutions for winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations.
• Plan, conceptualize, and design impactful graphics in collaboration with proposal team members and technical staff.
• Convey complex ideas through smart graphic designs, developing concepts visually beyond bullet points.
• Act as a resource for graphic design methods and tools, implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Share technical expertise and mentor team members in graphic design.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Expert knowledge of procedures, technical concepts, and brand compliance.
• At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience, with A/E/C and/or Sales experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
