In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and execute visual content, including both static and motion graphics, for marketing, advertising, and social campaigns. Your work will align with marketing strategies and help optimize promotional effectiveness. You will also create clear and visually engaging presentations for internal communication, ensuring team alignment and clarity in messaging. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality visual experiences, as you prepare and finalize graphic assets for various promotional materials. Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes, designs, and executes visual content (static/motion) for marketing, advertising, and social campaigns, aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Creates clear and visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint documents) for internal communication and team alignment.
  • Analyzes and refines visual components of promotional or advertising programs to optimize effectiveness.
  • Prepares and finalizes high-quality graphic assets for promotional materials.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute creative campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Motion Design.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience creating impactful visual content for various digital platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, PowerPoint).
  • Experience translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of visual trends and ability to apply them to create innovative designs.
