About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer for Sales Enablement Support at CVS Health will play a crucial role in the Strategic Sales Experience design team, focusing on creating and maintaining a library of PowerPoint slides and modules for custom presentations. This position involves collaboration with account managers, writers, and sales representatives to design presentations for high-profile clients, while also having opportunities to engage in branding, microsite development, and custom video work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a library of core PowerPoint slides and modules for custom finalist presentations.
• Design custom presentations for National Account, Middle Market, and Public & Labor clients.
• Work collaboratively with account managers, writers, and field sales representatives.
• Design executive summaries, event themes, and email/microsite graphics.
• Conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong command of typography, layout design, color theory, and fundamental design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of design concepts.
• Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• 5+ years of design experience required.
