About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer at Bank OZK is responsible for overseeing a variety of graphic design projects, from inception to production, across both print and digital media. This role involves mentoring other designers, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs align with the Bank's branding and objectives. The designer will manage multiple projects, develop presentations for senior management, and maintain effective relationships with collaborators to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Mentor internal graphic designers and third-party partners to ensure consistency and improvement of Bank OZK objectives.
• Design print and digital materials that uphold the Bank OZK brand and engage the audience.
• Develop recommendations for content that enhances assigned objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Focus on both conception and execution of ideas to meet business objectives.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external collaborators to ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects to support corporate communications.
• Develop presentations to share and promote creative concepts to senior management.
• Encourage continuous learning and leverage best practices from the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts, graphic design, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years' experience in graphic design.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, organization, project management, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
