Camping World is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This role is pivotal in creating a wide range of marketing materials for print and retail, requiring a strong portfolio that showcases great conceptual ideas, smart execution, and strong production skills. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating private label packaging materials while adhering to brand standards. You will build new and enhance current design concepts to support retail in-store marketing, manage design requests, and communicate effectively across functions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to endorse our brand, product lines, and culture. You will also identify new areas of opportunity for product signage and displays, oversee projects from concept to production in collaboration with merchandising partners, and implement corporate graphic standards in all marketing materials to maintain brand integrity and campaign consistency across all omni-channel teams. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation of sign packages in retail and dealerships, visual merchandising of product launches and store openings, and supporting any in-store marketing campaigns, sets, programs, or launches. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Create private label packaging materials while adhering to brand standards.
  • Build new and enhance current design concepts to support retail in-store marketing.
  • Project manage design requests and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to endorse our brand, product lines, and culture.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity for product signing and displays.
  • Oversee projects from concept to production in collaboration with merchandising partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years graphic design experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey and package creative ideas
  • A mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • An eye for composition, style, and graphics layout
  • Ability to project manage design projects
  • Ability to collaborate and share knowledge with team members, but also work independently when required
  • A thorough understanding of print production
  • Solid problem-solving skills; Detail oriented
