About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales professionals and marketing teams. The designer will innovate and produce exceptional work that aligns with business goals, while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing including presentations, websites, email campaigns, brochures, signage, events, etc.
• Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on the creation of marketing materials.
• Work closely with marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance and creative input on projects.
• Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials to inform and improve design strategies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in both Mac and PC
• PowerPoint a must
• Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Capacity to collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and with clients in a professional setting
• Aesthetic skills and keen eye for visual details; has a well-honed design perspective and knows how to translate that to marketing collateral
• Ability to provide design portfolio and examples of work
