About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer at ExxonMobil will play a crucial role in producing impactful visual communications that engage and inform stakeholders about the company's efforts in meeting energy needs while reducing emissions. This position is part of the in-house creative agency, focusing on high-quality creative content from concept to completion, utilizing expert knowledge of design software and branding principles.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality creative content from concept to completion.
• Create impactful visual representations in print and digital media.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design with established brand identity.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align on project needs and creative development.
• Manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and strict quality control.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or similar discipline.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• 10+ years of experience with design and presentation software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
