About the position

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Uline, you will be a key player in our award-winning in-house Creative team, responsible for telling our product's story through innovative and engaging design. This role requires a creative visionary who can conceptualize and design layouts that align with the Uline brand across various mediums, including catalogs, direct mail, and digital marketing materials. You will also be involved in creating internal company materials that reflect our brand's integrity and high standards of creativity. In this position, you will partner closely with our Photography team on-set to execute your design vision effectively. You will be tasked with implementing design changes as indicated by clients and/or Art Directors, ensuring that all projects meet the clients' requests and are completed on schedule. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and inspire junior print designers and interns, providing guidance and support to help them meet project deadlines and develop their skills. This is an on-site position located at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, and digital marketing, as well as internal company materials.
  • Partner with the Photography team on-set to execute vision.
  • Implement design changes as indicated by client and/or Art Directors.
  • Oversee projects when needed to ensure clients' requests are accomplished and on schedule.
  • Mentor and inspire print designers and interns, assisting them as needed to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 7+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
