About the position

We Feed Raw is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role focuses on both conceptual design and hands-on execution, responsible for creating and directing various creative assets across digital, print, and packaging. The designer will ensure a cohesive brand experience while working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns for print, digital, and packaging while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design and create compelling email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update packaging that aligns with the brand's premium image.
• Design marketing collateral such as direct mail pieces, in-box inserts, flyers, and other print assets.
• Develop creative for website updates, social media content, digital ads, and other online platforms.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand objectives and deliver strategic, impactful designs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and packaging.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing packaging concepts.
• Proven experience in designing and managing email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo, understanding best practices for conversion and engagement.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and overall visual hierarchy.
• Ability to align design decisions with We Feed Raw's brand identity and strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
