As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the concepting and execution of all new creative content necessary to support various marketing channels, including photography, digital, social media, out-of-home (OOH), and print. You will work directly with the Creative Director to strategize and develop the visual direction for comprehensive marketing efforts, with a particular focus on editorial and e-commerce photography. Your collaboration with site, design, and copy teams will ensure that all projects adhere to brand guidelines across Copy, Marketing, and Design, maintaining a cohesive visual identity. In this role, you will provide art direction on set and oversee all post-production processes. You will lead the strategy for production planning to support ongoing content creation needs, working closely with both internal and external creative partners as well as cross-functional teams to realize campaigns and ensure aligned solutions. Together with the Creative Director, you will offer strategic and creative feedback, leading brainstorming sessions across teams to foster innovative ideas. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the development of content for social media, supplying guidance for visual direction on social channels as needed, and evolving our visual guidelines for photography while executing campaign guidelines. You will set clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations on projects to ensure that the team's output meets brand appropriateness, timeliness, and quality standards for both internal and external reviews. Additionally, you will manage the creative approval process, effectively communicating visual direction decisions to internal and external teams and cross-functional partners. Staying attuned to fashion, culture, competitors, trends, and consumer cultural shifts will be essential in informing your creative strategy decisions. You will also manage, both directly and indirectly, more junior members of the brand creative team, fostering their growth and development.
