About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing and executing a cohesive visual identity that spans digital, print, experiential, and social media platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the brand's presence and storytelling through innovative design solutions, collaborating closely with various teams to align with marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing materials that support sales efforts and enhance brand recognition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing design and communication efforts in collaboration with the Brand and Communications Team Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Design engaging visual assets for the HBS website, email newsletters, digital campaigns, and social media to increase online engagement.
  • Drive creative evolution to keep HBS relevant while maintaining brand identity consistency.
  • Elevate the HBS visual identity across all marketing channels to boost engagement and brand recognition.
  • Conceptualize and produce visual content for various marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Work with the Brand and Communications Team Lead to develop and maintain the HBS brand language and design system.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution for both internal and external projects.
  • Maintain structured internal databases for design and manage workload effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design in an agency or corporate setting.
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and branding for print and digital.
  • Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining brand language, standards, and design systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience in information technology and/or cybersecurity industries.
  • Knowledge of innovative design techniques and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability in motion graphics design.
