About the position

At Hyundai, we are seeking a Senior Group Manager for Global Executive Talent Acquisition to spearhead our executive recruitment initiatives on a global scale. This pivotal role demands a seasoned expert in the field of executive recruiting, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and strategic talent pursuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for top-tier executive leaders, ensuring that our organization attracts the best talent available in the market. The Senior Group Manager will guide and support executives throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and effective experience. This includes effective communication and influence with key stakeholders across the organization to align executive hiring with our strategic goals. The role requires providing strategic direction in candidate pursuit, utilizing deep market knowledge and recruitment expertise to identify and attract the right candidates. In addition, the Senior Group Manager will build and manage a dedicated team of global talent researchers and sourcers, executing recruitment efforts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The role also involves conducting executive top talent benchmarking and producing intelligence reporting to inform decision-making. Managing search projects with prioritization is crucial, ensuring timely progress and adherence to strategic objectives. Furthermore, the successful candidate will develop and leverage executive talent maps to visualize and plan talent engagement strategies, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and reporting requirements related to executive recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support executives throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to align executive hiring with strategic goals.
  • Provide strategic direction in candidate pursuit, utilizing deep market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
  • Build and manage a team of global talent researchers and sourcers dedicated to identifying and attracting executive talent.
  • Execute recruitment of top-tier executive leaders globally, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Conduct executive top talent benchmarking and produce intelligence reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Manage search projects with prioritization, ensuring timely progress and adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Develop and leverage executive talent maps to visualize and plan talent engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and reporting requirements related to executive recruitment.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of experience in executive-level Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus.
