About the position

The Senior Group Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a group of departments within a store, focusing on building partnerships across departments to enhance the customer sales experience. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with various business partners, and fulfilling senior leadership responsibilities to drive sales growth in alignment with the company's vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
  • Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with business partners.
  • Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
  • Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
