About the position

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager/Account Lead at Twigeo is responsible for driving client and company growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing media planning, and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and leading teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok.
  • Oversee budgeting and media planning with a long-term perspective, optimizing performance through an effective channel mix.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing client revenue and expanding relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Lead workshops and share knowledge internally and externally about industry best practices and innovations.
  • Stay updated on growth marketing trends and learn new tools and tactics independently.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic recommendations.
  • Lead and coach client teams, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting team growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with significant budget management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Understanding of digital marketing analytics tools and hands-on experience with Paid Search (SEM) is a major plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster relationships.
