About the position

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition & CRM at McAfee is responsible for driving acquisition initiatives and leading email campaigns aimed at accelerating direct-to-consumer acquisitions. This remote position requires collaboration across various marketing initiatives within the company, focusing on developing key campaigns and optimizing customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of key growth and messaging initiatives across the company
  • Drive acquisition email, abandon cart, and lead generation programs, overseeing the development of consumer-centered messaging campaigns and templates from conception to execution
  • Build robust test and learn plans to drive consumer adoption and engagement, and look for opportunities to continue to expand
  • Monitor and provide ongoing analysis of program and campaign effectiveness and use findings to continually optimize and revamp campaigns
  • Stay ahead of and incorporate CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience best practices
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive end-to-end strategy, customer journeys, and positive experiences
  • Develop best-in-class work and campaigns, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects end-to-end
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate across various levels of partners and skill sets
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Maintain a strong focus on the customer and customer experience
  • Demonstrate persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Move with speed and purpose

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing and CRM roles, focused on acquiring new customers and customer lifecycle communication
  • A consistent and proven record of developing and implementing successful strategies to drive growth
  • Familiarity with the latest CRM and ESP technologies
  • Understanding of key intersection points across the customer journey
  • Experience in a high-growth or transformation mindset business
  • Experience with global subscription businesses
  • Experience in the tech/software industry is a plus
