About the position

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Diagnostic Imaging at IDEXX will spearhead demand generation marketing efforts, focusing on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across a diverse portfolio of products including x-ray systems and AI-enabled service solutions. This role is pivotal in developing and executing growth strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Create strategies for capturing and converting leads through various marketing channels.
• Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to advance leads through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align demand generation efforts with sales goals.
• Coordinate with product teams to understand offerings and develop targeted campaigns.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and lead tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and inform future strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in demand generation marketing with a proven track record of success.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management.
• Strategic mindset with expertise in content strategy, digital marketing channels, and SEO best practices.
• High analytical proficiency to leverage data-driven insights for strategic development.
