About the position

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Aonic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives, including our preventative health companion app, diagnostics offerings, and functional consumer goods. This position requires a strategic leader who is highly analytical and experienced in both paid and organic marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experiences, all while reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to the overall strategy and success of Aonic.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
  • Lead initiatives in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, display advertising, and commerce marketing.
  • Tailor marketing campaigns to drive growth for Aonic's health products, AI-powered app, and diagnostics services.
  • Collaborate with the EPD team to lead product strategy for our Shopify-based e-commerce store and AI-powered health companion app.
  • Act as an ambassador for Aonic's mission to empower healthier living.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy, culture, and success of Aonic as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor marketing campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and enhance conversion rates.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools to automate marketing workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Leverage AI and low-code platforms to streamline marketing initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with business goals and health initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on health industry trends and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in paid and organic channels.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and commerce marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 5 days onsite in downtown San Francisco, CA.
