Responsibilities

• Lead and develop buzz-worthy marketing campaigns to drive awareness and impact business goals.
• Test innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to key consumers.
• Set the marketing mix to support campaigns including events, influencers, social media, and CRM.
• Establish campaign KPIs and analyze performance during and post-campaign.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape of the entertainment category.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Direct experience developing 360 marketing campaigns.
• Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate under tight timelines and pivot with ease.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design.
• In-depth understanding of consumer affinities across film, television, publishing, and games.
• Ability to keep up with and understand relevant trends.
