About the position

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager at EarnIn will focus on developing and executing growth marketing strategies, particularly in Paid Search channels. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition for new products and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to ensure effective scaling and sustainable growth. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align marketing efforts with product goals and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition for new products.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and other Digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with product goals.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine campaigns and optimize creative performance.
  • Oversee campaign execution, budgets, and growth experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably with experience in scaling new products.
  • Strong expertise in executing and optimizing campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and Digital channels.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Affiliate and Offline marketing channels is a plus.
  • BS/MS in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative fields.
