The Senior Growth Marketing Manager of Paid Social at CookUnity will lead the company's paid social channel growth strategy, focusing on scaling customer acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap, while also exploring emerging channels like Twitch and X. This role is pivotal in accelerating user acquisition by leveraging a mix of creative, technology, measurement, and product strategies to enhance subscriptions while maintaining efficient Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC). The ideal candidate will develop and implement data-driven performance marketing plans, collaborating with a cross-functional team of growth specialists across various media channels, including digital and offline growth, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and audience management. In this position, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall paid social media strategy, ensuring that performance objectives are met. The candidate will bring expert knowledge of the social landscape, applying insights based on data and consumer behavior to scale the paid social channel effectively. They will also keep executive leadership informed about emerging trends and technologies in the marketing space. This role requires a product-oriented mindset and a strong media background to drive the product roadmap in collaboration with key partners and internal stakeholders across Brand, Technology, Data, and Product teams. Reporting to the Director of Performance, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across paid social channels, utilizing data and testing to optimize performance. The role involves close collaboration with the CRM, Performance Creative, Branding, and cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and Design, to support channel growth.
