About the position

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Kikoff will play a crucial role in accelerating user acquisition efforts for the company's credit-building solutions. This position involves hands-on management of campaigns across various channels, collaboration with the creative team to enhance campaign performance, and the identification of new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess a growth mindset, and be capable of executing strategies that align with the company's CAC/ROAS goals. This role is designed for a thought leader who can guide acquisition strategies and execute them effectively to support Kikoff's mission of educating customers about credit scores and financial access.

Responsibilities

• Grow the number of users who join the Kikoff program while maintaining or improving CAC/ROAS.
• Own campaigns hands-on across multiple online and offline channels.
• Strategize and develop creative with the in-house creative agency.
• Hypothesize and prioritize tests through the funnel to drive growth.
• Define, drive, and measure KPIs for each campaign.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, product teams, and data analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving growth goals under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets.
• Deep hands-on experience with digital paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, SEM, etc.
• Ability to define key marketing KPIs and analyze their underlying drivers.
• Strong bias to action with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Strategic thinker capable of assessing opportunity areas and developing priorities.
• Understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B and multivariate testing.
