As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media at Navient, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid search, while also having visibility into social, display, and video campaigns. This position is crucial for balancing company efficiency metrics and will involve leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Growth (New Channels) to expertly funnel consumers through the marketing journey, ensuring that our campaigns are effective and aligned with our growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. You will collaborate closely with analytics, product, and brand creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and performance measurement. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, as you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance our marketing strategies. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive SEM strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and efficiency targets. You will manage, optimize, and scale SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and others to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as you will need to articulate complex strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
