About the position

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion for our innovative software products. This position is remote-centric, ideally suited for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States. You will be part of a dynamic marketing team that is passionate about storytelling and committed to enhancing the company's interactions with customers, prospects, and employees. Your work will significantly impact the company's global business operations, and you will be encouraged to explore creative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will focus on trial optimization, where you will own the in-product unboxing experience and email nurtures for new customers using GoTo Resolve and Rescue products. This includes defining and executing an A/B testing strategy aimed at driving activation and conversion rates. You will also spearhead growth hacking tactics to enhance customer acquisition and conversion, utilizing various channels such as social media, community engagement, and customer evangelism. Monitoring key metrics across the customer journey will be crucial, as you will identify areas for improvement from acquisition to conversion and adoption. You will coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Product Marketing teams to standardize tactics that promote awareness and adoption of new and existing features, thereby creating expansion opportunities. Additionally, you will work collaboratively across various teams, including SEO, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, to ensure that customer expectations and experiences are aligned and optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Own the in-product unboxing and email nurtures of new customers for GoTo Resolve and Rescue products.
  • Define and execute an A/B testing strategy to drive activation and conversion.
  • Spearhead new tactics for customer acquisition and conversion, including social activations and community engagement.
  • Monitor key metrics across the customer journey to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Product Marketing to standardize tactics for feature awareness and adoption.
  • Work across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, and email marketing to ensure aligned customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company with trial or freemium-based products.
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on trial conversion, product onboarding, and feature adoption.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption and marketing automation solutions such as Pendo and Marketo.
  • Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree.
