As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion for our innovative software products. Your primary focus will be on trial optimization, where you will own the in-product unboxing experience and email nurtures for new customers using our GoTo Resolve and Rescue products. This involves defining and executing an A/B testing strategy aimed at enhancing activation and conversion rates. You will also spearhead growth hacking tactics, implementing new strategies for customer acquisition and conversion through social activations, community engagement, and customer evangelism, among other methods. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be tasked with monitoring key metrics across the entire customer journey—from acquisition to conversion to adoption—to identify areas for improvement. You will coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Product Marketing teams to standardize tactics that drive awareness and adoption of new and existing features, thereby creating expansion opportunities. Your role will also require you to work collaboratively across various teams, including SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, and email marketing, to ensure that customer expectations and experiences are aligned.
