As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion for our innovative software products. This position is remote-centric, ideally suited for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States. You will be part of a dynamic marketing team that is passionate about storytelling and committed to enhancing the company's interactions with customers, prospects, and employees. Your work will directly impact the company's growth and success in the competitive SaaS market. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will focus on trial optimization, where you will own the in-product unboxing experience and email nurtures for new customers using GoTo Resolve and Rescue products. This includes defining and executing an A/B testing strategy aimed at driving activation and conversion rates. You will also spearhead growth hacking tactics, implementing innovative strategies for customer acquisition and conversion through social activations, community engagement, and customer evangelism. Data insights will be a crucial part of your role, as you will monitor key metrics throughout the customer journey—from acquisition to conversion and adoption—to identify areas for improvement. You will coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Product Marketing teams to standardize tactics that enhance feature awareness and adoption, ultimately delivering expansion opportunities for the business. Additionally, you will work across various teams, including SEO, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, to ensure that customer expectations and experiences are aligned across all touchpoints.
