About the position

The RealReal is seeking a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to enhance and scale online marketing programs across various platforms including search/shopping, paid social, display, and online video. This role, reporting to the VP of Acquisition Marketing, is crucial for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. The manager will collaborate with multiple teams to optimize marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and execution of all SEM/PPC/Shopping, paid social and display campaigns on Alphabet platforms.
• Build and execute a robust SEM & Shopping strategy including a 6 to 18 month plan on initiatives and expected business impact.
• Continuously manage spend to goals on deployment and ROI with limited variance on programs.
• Actively manage relationships with platform teams and internal product and technology teams.
• Proactively update customer acquisition strategy on search, shopping and Google platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO team to cross-share insights and improve performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in growth/performance marketing.
• 2-3 years experience mentoring team members.
• Hands-on management of Google Ads and social/video platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing raw data and making recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and budget management.
• Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with advanced measurement methodology including attribution and incremental lift testing.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Google Adwords certified.
