About the position
As a Senior Growth Product Manager at ResQ, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic roadmap for new product offerings aimed at increasing revenue for SMB skilled trades. This role focuses on enhancing product adoption and growth, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing user experiences to ensure long-term success in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for growth-oriented tools focused on revenue generation for SMB skilled trades.
- Design features that enhance engagement, retention, and acquisition for SMB tradespeople on the ResQ platform.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive execution.
- Design and implement seamless onboarding experiences for SMB tradespeople.
- Define and track KPIs focusing on product adoption, user retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify monetization opportunities within the product and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress, milestones, and key achievements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in growth-focused roles.
- 7+ years of work experience in fast-paced work environments.
- Experience using analytical tools (like Looker, Amplitude, etc.) and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience developing a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap to grow and scale products.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- A background in FinTech, Credit, and/or Payments products.
- Experience working on software products related to Marketplaces or Restaurant Tech.
- Highly proficient in data analytics tools, including pulling data via SQL, Python, etc.
