About the position

The Senior Guidewire Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Guidewire solutions, particularly focusing on the Policy Center. This role requires extensive experience in Guidewire applications, integration mechanisms, and cloud environments, along with strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire solutions, specifically in Policy Center.
• Oversee Guidewire application configuration, including clustering and database configurations.
• Manage integration mechanisms and ensure effective data model and rules configuration.
• Monitor and tune performance of Guidewire applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate dependencies and timelines.
• Refine requirements and resolve mismatches in technical specifications through effective communication.
• Implement DevOps practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Guidewire product onboarding.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and integration mechanisms.
• In-depth knowledge of coding standards, review processes, and branching and merging strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire application configuration and performance monitoring.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and end-to-end Guidewire implementation.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with public cloud environments.
• Good technical understanding of various parts of the Guidewire platform.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements for Guidewire product onboarding.
