The Senior Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational and clinical performance of ChenMed by providing actionable insights derived from data analytics. The analyst will serve as a customer analytics consultant across various departments, making data-driven recommendations that align with the company's strategic goals in the Medicare Advantage and healthcare sectors. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise, as the analyst will lead primary research efforts utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, managing research studies from inception to final deliverables. In this role, the analyst acts as a data liaison for leadership and stakeholders, translating their needs into effective reporting and analytic solutions. The incumbent will conduct independent analyses to assist the enterprise in improving clinical, operational, and cost-saving performance. By leveraging data, the analyst will formulate innovative strategies and actionable recommendations that drive successful execution. Collaboration with Clinical, Network, and Operational stakeholders is essential to proactively measure and enhance quality, patient outcomes, and total cost of care performance. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will prepare and analyze clinical and operational data, developing materials for executive management that define and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) to support global initiatives. The analyst will partner with developers to design and operationalize strategic solutions, including dashboards and reports, while utilizing data analytics and medical modeling to provide insights into new and existing processes. This role also involves validating data, enhancing reports, and designing new products for enterprise consumption, all while building strong relationships with leaders to facilitate problem resolution and awareness of challenges. Additionally, the analyst will coach leaders, physicians, and team members on effectively using reports and data resource tools, lead discussions on process improvements, and design procedures to continuously enhance data quality and integrity. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and coordinating the implementation of necessary fixes, as well as mentoring lower-level developers and analysts. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the analyst will contribute to the strategic and tactical planning of Business Intelligence standards and practices, ensuring that insights are shared and utilized effectively throughout the organization.
