About the position

The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will work in Bellevue, Washington, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize business operations. This role involves developing and maintaining analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, and monitoring customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions to provide business insights.
  • Perform investigations into data questions and create actionable stories for business users.
  • Maintain the quality and completeness of data in the data warehouse for the Healthcare business vertical.
  • Proactively monitor customer behavior to identify trends and potential issues, determining root causes and collaborating with business partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Analysis, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience working with cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of databases and ETL processes.
  • Experience in data modeling on unstructured or undefined data sets across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to develop production-level code.
  • Familiarity with BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Knime, OBIEE, Qlik, etc.
  • Experience in interpreting data, designing metrics, and analyzing results using exploratory and statistical techniques.
  • Analytic skills using SAS, R, or Python.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, forecasting, time series analysis, and clustering.
  • Experience with Vertica, Snowflake SQL, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Click stream data, data modeling, and data warehousing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in ecommerce retail or exposure to sales/financial reporting.
