About the position

The Senior Hospitality Manager, Experiential is responsible for leading and managing client projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring successful execution of events and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves overseeing a cross-functional internal team, managing project budgets, and acting as the primary client contact with minimal oversight. The position requires a deep understanding of B2B hospitality programs and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring direct reports and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Hospitality Account Director on planning and developing work needed to execute projects.
  • Act as day-to-day client contact and lead client projects with little oversight.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of B2B/Hospitality programs, including planning and executing events.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through leadership and program development.
  • Oversee and manage a variety of project deliverables simultaneously.
  • Manage internal and external staff on execution and delivery of programs.
  • Oversee all project budget and billing needs.
  • Develop appropriate communication to clients and internal team members as needed.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, sharing best practices and learnings from previous projects.
  • Create accountability practices within the company.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience in client service, preferably in hospitality.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated team management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and production.
  • Experience working with large consumer brands.
  • Ability to build and manage large project budgets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships.
  • Proven experience in effectively presenting marketing campaign concepts to an audience.
  • Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment.
