Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support in planning, organizing, and administering human resource programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management and employees on HR issues, policies, and processes.
  • Drive activities related to organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Engage HR centers of expertise for consultative support on tools and processes.
  • Align HR solutions with business strategies and challenges.
  • Influence leaders to find customized solutions and drive implementation plans.
  • Develop and coach leadership to inspire employee growth and learning.
  • Plan and facilitate talent reviews and develop action plans with leadership.
  • Partner with management and Labor Relations to maintain a nondiscriminatory workplace.
  • Initiate and participate in continuous improvement planning and implementation activities.
  • Provide recommendations on complex HR problems and assist in policy development.
  • Represent the company in hearings involving employees.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on assigned projects and support annual processes like performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of employee relations experience in dispute resolution and investigations.
  • Experience in talent identification and development, strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, diversity and inclusion compliance, or business process optimization.
