As a Senior HR Coordinator for Gas Operations at ARB Underground, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR functions specifically tailored for union employees. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the onboarding and offboarding processes are executed smoothly and in compliance with union guidelines. You will oversee the complete onboarding process for union employees, which includes the administration of necessary paperwork, conducting E-Verify verifications, and assigning pay classes according to union dispatch guidelines. Your expertise will also be essential in managing the offboarding process, handling dispatch changes, job upgrades, transfers, and other employment changes for union members. In addition to onboarding and offboarding, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of HR Generalist activities, ensuring that all documentation is accurately uploaded to the UKG system and properly archived in Egnyte. Monitoring the HR Support Center inbox will be part of your daily responsibilities, where you will ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries. You will also manage all physical mail related to unemployment, disability, paid family leave (PFL), and other HR-related matters, ensuring that all correspondence is handled efficiently. Your role will extend to supporting union SOX audits, providing guidance to new union hires regarding standard policies, benefits, and the hiring process, and assisting administrators with any HR-related queries. You will also manage password reset requests and address E-Verify mismatch notices, ensuring effective communication with affected employees and diligent monitoring of resolution cases. As a bilingual professional, you will provide translation and communication assistance in Spanish for the Gas Operations HR team, facilitating effective communication with Spanish-speaking employees. Additionally, you will generate and deliver reports for managers upon request, detailing employee setup and pay class assignments, making your role integral to the HR operations of the organization.
