Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment, focusing on HR processes required.
  • Proven ability in benefits administration, performance management, and compensation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support by assisting team members with policies and procedures, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives, including performance management programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, affirmative action) and ensure the organization's practices align with current regulations.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with potential hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, guiding recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and training on hiring best practices.
