Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position offers a convenient day shift schedule and is integral to our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to the residents of Palm Beach County. The Senior HR Generalist will assume responsibility and accountability for a wide range of HR duties, acting as a resource person on personnel policies and procedures, and providing guidance and assistance to employees regarding group insurance and other employee benefits. This role will also involve creating and distributing reports, performing various service excellence activities, and managing employee relations, conflict management, training, and development. The successful candidate will process employee personnel actions, ensure data integrity in Lawson and iCIMS, administer employee leaves of absence, and oversee tuition reimbursement processes. Compliance with DHPs to policy and requirements is also a critical aspect of this role. Responsibilities

  • Act as a resource person on personnel policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding group insurance and other employee benefits.
  • Create and distribute reports and perform various service excellence activities.
  • Manage recruiting, employee relations, conflict management, training, and development.
  • Process employee personnel actions and ensure data integrity in Lawson and iCIMS.
  • Administer employee leaves of absence and tuition reimbursement processes.
  • Ensure compliance of DHPs to policy and requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in all phases of human resources.
  • Previous healthcare and employee benefits experience.
  • Detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and computer skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's preferred.
