The Senior HR Manager serves as the HR leader for Club Car's manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and logistics groups, accountable for all HR and people-related operations performed in support of those groups. This role is critical in ensuring that the HR strategies align with the operational goals of the organization, particularly in the Augusta area sites. The Senior HR Manager will engage in both strategic and tactical HR functions, including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. In this position, the Senior HR Manager will actively partner with the leadership team to understand, plan, execute, and monitor the HR talent strategy as it applies to both current and future needs. This includes providing support and guidance to HR business partners, recruiters, and administrative staff on all HR matters. The role also involves administering sensitive tasks such as investigations, terminations, and pay disputes, ensuring that all actions are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws. The Senior HR Manager will oversee the talent acquisition process, collaborating with the recruiting team to craft job descriptions, screen applicants, and advise on compensation. Additionally, they will promote and support performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs, tracking and reporting on performance metrics. The role requires a hands-on approach, with daily interactions with employees and leadership, making it essential for the HR Manager to be physically present and involved in the organization.
