About the position

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support and Maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (RHIS) and ensures delivery of high-quality services and products to internal customers. Serves as a point-of-contact for the system, system configuration, ensures data integrity, tests system changes and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities. Designs, develops and delivers integration and security solutions to internal and external customers. Serves as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, integrations, Security, Payroll and HR Financial setups. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with a high level of customer service. Responsible for day-to-day HRIS operations and projects as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality and appropriate discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, tests, maintains and enhances business processes within HRIS according to company policy and guidelines.
  • Produces Workday inbound and outbound integrations within the human resources function using Reporting, Connectors and Workday Studio.
  • Manages execution of integrations including regular audits of existing integrations.
  • Designs, develops, tests and delivers new integrations and enhancements/improvements to existing integrations.
  • Participates in bi-annual Workday releases to identify opportunities to enhance our environment in alignment with the HR Technology roadmap.
  • Serves as subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Integrations, Security and external systems.
  • Responds to compliance and operating reporting requests.
  • Coordinates or supports the needs of other teams within and outside of the HR department that impact HR systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the HCM system, including monitoring of integrations, schedules, and reporting issues as they arise.
  • Continuously increases technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums.
  • Performs special projects or related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years HRIS work experience.
  • Workday HCM experience or equivalent.
  • MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Business Workflow and System Configuration.
  • Software implementation and development.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Azure, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Programming languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, C# or ASP.
  • Human Resource laws and practices.
  • Workday Training.
