About The Position
The Senior HRIS Analyst - Reporting & Analytics at Amentum is responsible for the development and maintenance of complex reports and visualizations within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function. This role focuses on utilizing Workday and other tools to create advanced reports, dashboards, and metrics that support HR operations and decision-making. The analyst will also administer the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various departments to meet reporting needs.
