About the position

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective use of HRIS systems and related interfaces to enhance HR processes. This position focuses on building HR Analytics infrastructure and supporting the HR discipline with systems and data expertise. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting timekeeping systems, creating reports, and providing training to HR business partners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as system administrator for production timekeeping systems (UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Time & Attendance).
• Create, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot data interfaces to/from the timekeeping systems.
• Work with internal and external resources to update system configurations based on business needs.
• Provide support to internal teams to improve processes, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Maintain and enhance system expertise by attending training and staying current with HRIS trends.
• Maintain job aids, user guides, and training materials for timekeeping systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data analytics and/or HRIS experience.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and report writing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and sense of urgency.
