About the position

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing HRIS systems, specifically focusing on Workday. This remote, 3-month contract position offers the potential for transition into a full-time role. The analyst will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining various Workday modules while providing support and improving processes to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workday modules, including Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Provide functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and recommending process improvements.
• Design, develop, and implement new business processes, functionalities, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Configure and support cyclical processes, ensuring smooth execution.
• Contribute to successful system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop training materials and support change management initiatives.
• Conduct testing and validation of Workday configurations.
• Evaluate reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong background in Workday HRIS operations.
• Minimum of 2+ years of focused Workday Configuration experience in multiple disciplines, with a strong emphasis on Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
