NAOVI is seeking a qualified Senior HRIS Data Analyst for the following task. The position involves analyzing workforce data such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics to identify trends and labor projections. The analyst will build, modify, and create data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the development of position description libraries, administering relational databases, normalizing, standardizing, and integrating disparate raw data sets, and providing data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts. The ability to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in an easily understood narrative via graphical, written, and verbal formats is essential.
