Senior HRIS Data Analyst

About the position

NAOVI is seeking a qualified Senior HRIS Data Analyst for the following task. The position involves analyzing workforce data such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics to identify trends and labor projections. The analyst will build, modify, and create data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the development of position description libraries, administering relational databases, normalizing, standardizing, and integrating disparate raw data sets, and providing data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts. The ability to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in an easily understood narrative via graphical, written, and verbal formats is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics to identify trends and labor projections
• Build, modify, data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs
• Assist in development of position description libraries
• Administer relational databases
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets
• Assist with survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies
• Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts
• Manage HR data conduct analysis

Requirements

• Requires BABS and 10 years of experience or no degree and 24 years of experience
• TSSCI with CI polygraph is required
• Strong Tableau experience is required
• Previous data analysis experience within the IC
